Access WhosOn with only an internet-connected device. The WhosOn web client allows live chat operators to log into WhosOn and handle chats directly from their browser of choice.
So, there’s no need to download anything and no need to run updates on a PC by PC basis. Instead, operators just open a browser and go.
• The WhosOn web client is accessible from any browser on any device
• To access it, enter your chat company’s chat server URL followed by /webclient
• You can then log in to WhosOn using your existing account details
• Once inside, you can handle chats in the same way as you would from the desktop client
• This represents more flexibility in how you can access WhosOn: via desktop, via app, via browser, even via custom API
