complicated technical issue that was difficult to reproduce, especially without access to the client test environment, so roundabout way to reproduce it was the only way. Ben kept at it until it was shown. Most tech organisations would have refused to try the method to reproduce it. Really excellent.

It is extremely easy to have a good partnership when things are going well and there are no problems, but entirely different when issues arise.
