Including agent avatars in your chat window can create a personal, authentic feel. Using photos can help make the chat experience less faceless, and add that friendly human touch.
So, WhosOn gives you the option to add your chosen display image. (Just be sure not to use a stock image of someone wearing a headset – real agent avatars are always best.) To set up your photo:
• Enter the photo area of the user’s profile
• Upload your image of choice – either in JPEG, PNG or GIF format
• The image will then appear in the agent avatar box, subject to your selected theme
• For the ideal fit, use an image 100 pixels high, by 100 pixels wide
• Only admins can access and upload agent avatars, to ensure appropriate, consistent images
