The missed chat feature captures lost leads, stores session information, and allows you to reply directly to the customer via email or phone – all from within WhosOn. Here’s how it works:
• WhosOn logs all chats, including missed sessions and messages left from offline forms
• Missed chats are recorded on the WhosOn server, and then sent to your chat client
• Your agents can see any unanswered sessions, along with chat details and content
• They can then respond via a direct email, sent from inside the chat client
• This missed chat response is added to the chat transcript, to keep records current
