Audit history


WhosOn allows extensive fine-tuning when it comes to your settings and set-up. However, all that fine-tuning can sometimes be difficult to track.

That’s why we provide a thorough settings portal audit history, where you can view your settings portal activity and all the changes made. Here’s what you need to know:

• For cloud customers, we retain an audit log in the WhosOn database

• For on-premises customers, your audit log is stored locally in your own database

• Every time a user makes a change within the settings portal, that change is logged

• The settings portal audit history includes changes made against date, time, and user name

• This helps you monitor, manage, and revert as needed
