Due to continued expansion we are now looking for a software support technician who can provide first line product support
for WhosOn and Email2DB.
Ideal candidates will have:
- 3+ years of customer/software support experience.
- Strong communication & client interaction skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows (Workstation & Servers) & Office.
- Knowledge of HTML & web design technologies including:
Javascript, JQuery, AJAX, IIS.
- Knowledge of SQL databases.

Outbound sales for WhosOn & Email2DB. Selling directly to corporations. Experience in IT, Software & the Internet
required. Knowledge of web design & HTML would be beneficial. Basic salary
