Integration With Microsoft Dynamics CRM

WhosOn can now integrate with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Version 4 and higher.

Live chat transcripts and call back requests can be added to the CRM system with a click of a button directly from the WhosOn Client. You can assign live chat sessions to existing leads/accounts/contacts or create new ones directly from WhosOn. This enables CRM users to view a complete history of live chat sessions.

Click-to-call-back requests can be added to the CRM system as new open or closed calls.

You can select any visitor from the live visitor view and send their details to the CRM system. This is useful when you see a potential customer on your site.

You can view the full CRM record directly within the WhosOn Client for visitors who already have a CRM ID.

New prospects detected by WhosOn can be automatically added to the CRM system in real time by the WhosOn server.

Works with Hosted and On Premise installations.
