Required	WhosOn Installable Full Setup (135Mb) WhosOn Installable Full Setup + SQL Server 2005 Express (170Mb) Install the full setup first. The full setup includes the WhosOn Server, Administrator & Client. You can then optionally install the WhosOn Client on remote PC's. See below:
Optional	WhosOn Windows Client Version 5 (19Mb) Install this on other PC's to view your live stats and chat to visitors. The WhosOn Client connects to the WhosOn server via TCP/IP. Can be used on your network computers or via the Internet.  Mac Users A Silverlight Client is also available that runs in any Silverlight enabled browser. Refer to the on-line help after installation for details.  WhosOn Remote Administrator (33Mb) WhosOn Administrator only - use this to administer remote WhosOn Servers.

At least 512mb ram.
At least 400mb of free disk space, plus space for the database (size depends on how busy your web sites are).
SQL Server 2005/2008 Full or Express Editions.
.NET Framework 2.0 or higher.

 

* XP and Vista have limits on the number of inbound TCP connections.

 

If you want to host your own visitor chat you will need:

• IIS 5 or higher installed and running.
• The PC will need a permanent Internet connection.
• Static Internet IP address or connected to a router with a public IP or DNS name (or use a service like www.nettica.com if you have a dynamic IP).

Does not need to be installed on your web server, but can be if the web server is Windows based.
