Chat Translation
Real Time Live Chat Translation Using WhosOn
Real time chat translation enables your visitors to chat using their own language. WhosOn will translate the chat text to and from the visitor in real time. Any of the following languages can be used by the visitor and chat operator:

When a visitor starts a chat session, WhosOn will detect the language from the visitor's browser settings. If the language used by the visitor differs from the language defined by the WhosOn operator, then the visitor will be asked if they would like to use translation.

Operator Chatting In English
The chat operator can choose to enable or disable chat translation for the whole, or part of the chat session. Both the original and translated chat text is show to both the visitor and operator and is stored in the database for future viewing.
Operators can be chatting to multiple visitors at the same time all with different languages.
Real Time Chat Translation is available as an optional add-on low cost subscription service. It can be used with the Hosted, Installable & ISP Editions.
